We value your trust in Excel Tech. To give you peace of mind, we provide warranty support on eligible products. Please read the conditions carefully before making a claim.

Warranty Coverage

Warranty is only applicable on products that are mentioned as "warranty covered" at the time of purchase.

Covers manufacturing defects or functional issues under normal usage.

Warranty does NOT cover:

  • • Physical damage, scratches, cracks, or dents after delivery.
  • • Water, fire, or accidental damage.
  • • Damage due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repair.
  • • Consumables such as cables, chargers, batteries, or accessories (unless otherwise specified).
  • • Software issues, OS updates, or user-installed modifications.

Warranty Period

Mobile Accessories

(Charger, Cable, Earphone, Cover, etc.)

→ 7 Days Replacement Warranty (if defective)

Audio & Power Accessories

(Headphones / Earbuds / Power Banks)

→ 7 Days Replacement + Manufacturer Warranty

Smart Gadgets & Electronics

→ 1–12 Months Warranty (brand specific)

Major Devices

(Mobile Phones, Tablets, Laptops)

→ Brand/Manufacturer Warranty only

Note: Warranty duration will be mentioned on your invoice.

How to Claim Warranty

Keep your invoice/receipt safe

It is mandatory for any warranty claim.

Contact our Customer Support

Contact us within the warranty period and describe the issue.

Send/bring the product

Bring the product to our shop for inspection.

If approved:

  • • The product will be repaired, or
  • • Replaced with a new/working unit (subject to stock), or
  • • If neither is possible, an alternative solution (exchange/refund) will be offered.

Important Notes

  • Warranty is void if the product is physically damaged, tampered, or repaired by an unauthorized party.
  • Warranty claim processing time usually takes 7–21 working days depending on product type and brand.
  • Excel Tech is not responsible for any personal data, software, or files lost during repair/replacement. Please back up your data before claiming warranty.
